What could be better suited to a man who broke (or wanted to break) all records with his spectacular stunts than the motorcycle with the world's largest displacement? To pay homage to the legendary motorcycle stunt rider, TRIUMPH Motorcycles is presenting two new, limited-edition versions of the Rocket 3 range as an exclusive Evel Knievel Limited Edition, celebrating the legendary partnership between Knievel and TRIUMPH.
This gives all fans of the brand the rare opportunity to own an exclusive motorcycle with an extra portion of authentic "Daredevil spirit". However, if you want to own one of the very special Rockets, you shouldn't wait too long, because only 500 units of the special series will be produced worldwide - 250 pieces each of the two model variants.
The new Rocket 3 R and GT Evel Knievel Limited Editions pay homage to the long-standing relationship between TRIUMPH and Knievel. This ranges from his first television appearance on a Bonneville T120 to his groundbreaking jump over the fountains of the Caesars Palace Hotel in Las Vegas.
It could hardly be more exclusive: the two special models are only available 250 times each worldwide
The new Limited Editions feature fully chrome-plated fuel tanks, which are also equipped with an exclusive paint and graphic design. This was inspired by Knievel's iconic look with a white jumpsuit and a "Stars & Stripes" graphic. The rear parts of the bodywork and the contrasting, matt black parts in Sapphire Black were coordinated. Another eye-catcher are the eye-catching leather seats with gold-embroidered Evel Knievel logo. All in all, a stunning look that does justice to the style of the famous stunt driver in all aspects.
Each limited edition motorcycle featured a unique home screen animation as well as an individually numbered black and gold camshaft cover with the Evel Knievel logo lasered into it. Each owner also receives an exclusive, hardcover collector's book that tells the story of Evel Knievel and his TRIUMPHs, and is also numbered to match each motorcycle.
The Rocket 3 R and GT, with their record-breaking 2,500cc engines, offer exactly the level of performance and agility worthy of one of the world's most famous "Daredevils". In addition to a phenomenal torque of 225 Nm and 182 hp at 7000 rpm, the Limited Editions benefit from a lightweight aluminium frame, high-quality chassis components and first-class braking performance, which together offer a spectacular driving experience and the best handling.
Paul Stroud, Chief Commercial Officer of TRIUMPH Motorcycles, said: "Evel Knievel did many stunts on TRIUMPH motorcycles in the '60s, but his jump at Caesar's Palace on a T120 TT was the moment he created a legend that has inspired generations of fans. In collaboration with the Knievel family, we have created two impressive limited editions that are as spectacular on the road as Evel Knievel was in his heyday. Only 250 copies of each model are available worldwide, featuring the beautiful Knievel design and also come with a specially commissioned book celebrating his achievements with TRIUMPH. The Rocket 3 Limited Editions will appeal to collectors, fans, and those who are always looking for a little more thrill."

DISTINCTIVE DESIGN AND HIGH-QUALITY FINISHES
The iconic red, white and blue color scheme, which quotes the "Stars and Stipes" of the USA flag, is found on the intricately chromed and painted fuel tank and continues on the front fender, where it has been incorporated into a new "Evel Knievel" graphic, while elegant gold signature graphics adorn the radiator grilles.
The exclusive colour scheme with Pure White accents and contrasting surfaces in Matt Sapphire Black on the flyscreen, headlight housing, fenders, side covers and rear fairing underlines the powerful presence of the motorcycle. The premium leather seat features Evel Knievel lettering embroidered in gold and a brushed aluminium TRIUMPH badge, while a bespoke Knievel-style home screen animation provides a bespoke welcome every time the 2,500cc triple machine takes off.
Each owner will also receive an exclusive hardcover collector's book, commissioned by TRIUMPH, that tells the remarkable story of Evel Knievel and his iconic connection with the brand. Written by renowned author and Knievel expert Stuart Barker, each book will be individually numbered to match the bike and signed by TRIUMPH CEO Nick Bloor - a valuable collector's item for any fan of TRIUMPH and Knievel.
ULTIMATE PERFORMANCE AND UNMATCHED PRESENCE
The rider can choose between the Limited Edition Rocket 3 R, which with its muscle roadster style stands for a collected seating position and optimal control, and the Rocket 3 GT model variant, which offers a more relaxed riding position and a generous pillion seat.
Both are powered by the world's largest production motorcycle engine, whose sheer power provides exhilarating acceleration and an unforgettable riding experience. The silencer system of the "Big Triple" enhances the character of both motorcycles and creates a deep, unmistakable exhaust tone that perfectly rounds off the "Muscle Bike" appearance.
INSPIRING HANDLING
The large 47 mm Showa fork, adjustable in rebound and compression, complements the impressive performance of the Rocket with a controlled and confident ride. At the rear there is a Showa monoshock shock absorber with reservoir, which is adjustable in preload, rebound and compression.
The radial Brembo Stylema calipers with two 320 mm discs provide exceptional braking performance. These lightweight, compact and powerful brake calipers provide very efficient airflow for pad cooling during sporty driving. The Brembo M4.32 four-piston radial monobloc caliper and 300 mm rear disc are larger and more powerful than the front brake of many motorcycles, providing massive stopping power. The Rocket 3 R and GT Evel Knievel Limited Editions also feature the full functionality of cornering ABS and cornering traction control.
PERFECT ERGONOMICS
Each of the two Rocket variants offers its own riding experience and personality, which is due to the different ergonomics. The Rocket R's roadster rider position and handlebar position are designed to provide a purposeful and collected riding experience. The GT has a setup pulled slightly further back with a 125mm difference in handlebar position from the R to allow for a more upright riding position.
Each model also has its own arrangement of seats. The Rocket 3 R features a typical roadster rider and pillion seat with a seat height of 773 mm, which offers comfort, confidence at low speeds and the best maneuverability. Designed for greater comfort on longer rides, the Rocket 3 GT offers greater touring comfort with generously padded rider and pillion seats with matching leather backrest for the passenger, ensuring both comfort and style for the passenger. The seat height of the GT is only 750 mm, which further boosts the driver's confidence.

The biggest difference between the two models is the footpeg positions. The "R" features a centrally positioned footrest system with two settings that offer vertical adjustment options of 15 mm. This means that they meet the needs of every rider size and enable a natural and sporty riding position. The GT has a rearsets mounted further forward, which gives a more relaxed cruiser feel. This can be adjusted by 50mm in three horizontal positions to find the most comfortable option for long rides. Both the R and GT models have innovative, foldable pillion footpegs that are almost invisible when not in use.
Both Rocket 3 Limited Editions are equipped with twin LED headlights with the TRIUMPH brand triangle and a signature daytime running light that further enhance the aggressive stance of the bikes. LED turn signals, taillight and license plate lighting provide a distinctive light signature that gives the Rocket 3 a strong presence on the road even at night.
GENEROUSLY EQUIPPED
Intuitive, driver-tuned technologies allow the driver to confidently exploit the impressive performance potential of the Rocket 3 R and GT.
Ride-by-wire improves rideability, safety and control, while the Rocket's high-performance gearbox is equipped with helical gears to smoothly transfer the enormous torque to the rear wheel. The Torque Assist clutch helps the driver to change gears quickly and easily in the six-speed transmission. In addition, a TRIUMPH Shift Assist Quickshifter (for upshifting and downshifting) is available as an accessory for both models.
Both models feature cornering ABS and cornering traction control for improved stability, improving straight-line stability as well as cornering, acceleration and braking. The Hill Hold function prevents the motorcycle from rolling backwards and applies the rear brake until the rider drives off. Both models are equipped with four riding modes: Road, Rain, Sport and a driver-configurable mode that adjusts the response and traction control settings.
Electronic cruise control is also standard. With this, the speed can be increased or decreased in steps of 1 km/h with a single push of a button, and a previously set desired speed can be restored with just one press.
Both models feature a highly functional TFT color display with a backlit five-way joystick. The minimalist, elegant design with two "themes" for the information layout and the adjustable instrument angle provide optimal visibility for any rider size. The driver can even personalize the message on the home screen with his name.
For added security, both bikes come standard with keyless ignition and steering wheel locks, which can also be deactivated if desired. The transponder in the key can also be switched off to extend the life of the battery and increase safety. There's also a USB charging socket in a dedicated compartment under the seat where devices can be kept safe and dry.
LIMITED EDITION WITH ADDITIONAL PERSONALIZATION OPTIONS
With over 50 genuine TRIUMPH accessories designed to enhance comfort, functionality, style and safety, riders can customise their Limited Edition Rocket. Choose from interchangeable R and GT footpegs, rider and pillion seats for tailored ergonomics, plug-and-play technology for comfort, styling parts to customize the look, and luggage solutions for longer rides.
