During the four days of the fair in Milan, the Italian manufacturer's stand was one of the absolute crowd pullers. The Ducatisti were able to admire the new
Panigale V2 and the new
Streetfighter V2, the protagonists of the sixth episode of the Ducati World Première 2025, as well as the brand new
Panigale V4 and
Multistrada V4, exhibited for the first time at an international fair.
The
Hypermotard family, from the 950 RVE to the very popular
Hypermotard 698 Mono and Mono RVE , attracted many fans to the Ducati stand. Visitors also admired the accessory versions of the
Panigale V4, Panigale V2 and
Streetfighter V2, while the large fan community of Multistrada riders was able to get a close look at the new
V4 Pikes Peak and the very sporty
V4 RS . A great success was the
DesertX Discovery, next to which the
DesertX Rally was exhibited. The Ducati stand also showcased the
three new Ducati Scrambler models - the Icon Dark, Full Throttle and, above all, the 10th Anniversary Rizoma Edition, which celebrates the tenth anniversary of the Land of Joy.
The strong presence of visitors to the stand confirmed Ducati's role as a reference in the motorcycle sector and underpinned the strength of the Made in Italy label. A role that has been assumed thanks to the constant commitment to development and innovation in production motorcycles and victories in world championships and national series, and which is becoming even more important given the strong growth of EICMA. The 2024 edition of the Milan Fair, which celebrated its 110th anniversary, attracted more than 600,000 visitors, with an increase of more than 40,000 visitors compared to the already award-winning 2023 edition, highlighting the ever-growing interest in two-wheelers of an ever-widening public.
Of course, the
DesmosediciGP of
Pecco Bagnaia, who is eagerly awaiting the MotoGP season finale in Barcelona, was also on display. The Ducatisti were also able to see the
Panigale V4 R up close, with which
Nicolò Bulega took the runner-up title in the Superbike World Championship. Also present on the stand was the
V21L electric prototype, which featured a special livery inspired by Ducati's sporting history. The trade fair appearance was rounded off by the
Desmo450 MX, with which
Alessandro Lupino became Italian Motocross Champion this year. This model marked the start of a new chapter for Ducati, which is about to reach another milestone: the first production motocross machines will go on sale in the spring.
Ducati motorcycles and the many guests and friends enlivened the stand of the Borgo Panigale-based manufacturer. The official Ducati Aruba.it riders
Nicolò Bulega, Alvaro Bautista and
Adrian Huertas paid a visit to the show. The Ducati stand was also attended by Italian Motocross Champion
Alessandro Lupino , accompanied by nine-time World Champion
Tony Cairoli , MotoGP rider
Marco Bezzecchi of the Pertamina Enduro VR46 team and
Kevin Vandi, rider in the Italian Supermoto Championship and one of the protagonists of the launch video of the Hypermotard 698 Mono. Also present was the official MotoGP test rider and ten-time Italian SBK champion
Michele Pirro, who announced from the stage the birth
of the V4 Elite Cup , a competition format dedicated to amateur riders of the Panigale V4.
In the outdoor area of MotoLive, the Ducati DesertX Rally was the protagonist of the two days dedicated to the two-cylinder bikes of the Champions Charity Race. The field was led by
Antoine Meo, multiple Enduro World Champion and European Supercross Champion, and
Danilo Petrucci, the only rider in history to win a MotoGP race, a Superbike World Championship race and a stage of the Dakar.
On Friday, the DesertX Rally and Antoine Meo added to their track record. The Frenchman won the round of 16, the quarter-finals and the semi-finals and then prevailed in the final by only two thousandths of a second, which illustrates the high sporting level of the event.
